When will it end? While the lawmakers here in the US are busy with the AT&T and T-Mobile fiasco, Samsung is looking to hit Apple where it hurts – their sales numbers. The iPhone 5 is expected to be one the the biggest device launches known to man, and what better way to hinder a company, than by not allowing them to sell it.

Taking a page straight from Apple’s book is Samsung in their newest tactic to take down the giant. Recently, Apple was awarded a suit in Germany that banned the sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the entire country. Now Samsung will deploy the same tactic in a South Korean court as soon the iPhone 5 hits shelves.

A Senior Executive at Samsung had this to say:

For as long as Apple does not drop mobile telecommunications functions, it would be impossible for it to sell its i-branded products without using our patents. We will stick to a strong stance against Apple during the lingering legal fights.

When will these companies stop beating each other up? This brings the number of lawsuits concerning these companies worldwide to a minimum number of 23. And no, we’re not exaggerating that number. It’s sad.
