Finally, T-Mobile has released all information regarding the release of the Samsung Galaxy SII on their network. People can start pre-ordering the beast as of October 10th with the device hitting retail stores October 12th. But don’t start readying your wallets just quite yet. The Galaxy SII is going to run you a cool $229.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate along with a new 2-year contract. Ouch.

But in the long run, if you want to be stuck with a phone for two years, then this is definitely a good one to have. With its 1.5Ghz dual-core processor, connectivity to T-Mo’s 42+ Mbps HSPA+ network, and huge 4.52″ screen this phone is almost leagues ahead of any other device T-Mobile offers that isn’t the HTC Sensation or HTC Amaze 4G.

No pricing is available yet for anyone looking to score it off contract, but we can expect to see about $600-$700 range. This is the phone that T-Mobile fans have been needing.
