CNet went to the party for Telestra celebrating the launch of their 4G LTE network, and what did they find? The beast of a phone known as the HTC Raider (Holiday). Seeing one that’s out in the wild and working is extremely exciting for us over here because there is almost no way that this phone will not come stateside sometime soon. qHD 4.5 inch screen, 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM make this thing an awesome phone to have on an LTE network. We’re thinking this phone will show up on AT&T‘s network and hopefully will get their 4G airwaves out to more cities before this shows up. CNet also snagged a picture of the phone sucking down some of Telesta’s new LTE data speeds.

Apparently it was only clocked below the LTE speed limit at 20Mbps download but Telestra said that this is only half of what is capable. Hopefully those will speed up when this phone shows up in our country. At this point it can’t be too long, any AT&T customers have an upgrade soon that they might save for this phone?
