When it comes to phones and tablets, Chinese manufacture ZTE isn’t known as an Android powerhouse. However, in just a few short months they are looking to change that. A few weeks ago the company revealed the ZTE T98, a 7-inch tablet with a NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor, and now it’s time to meet its bigger brother.

The ZTE US is a 10.1-inch device that sports a 1GHz quad-core processor using an unknown chipset. The tablet also features a 5-megapixel rear shooter and comes with 32GB of built-in storage. Oddly enough, the ZTE US was shown running Android 2.3 Gingerbread. However, we assume it will be upgraded to Honeycomb or even Ice Cream Sandwich when it is ready to be launched, which is currently at an unknown time.

In the next few months ZTE is looking to launch three new tablets, one of which will be heading to Sprint. Are you impressed or are you looking for a more established company? More pictures can be found after the break, and for once they aren’t covered in fingerprints.
