HTCdev, the developer portal put on by HTC themselves, is making me really hope that HTC’s Raider 4G (Holiday) makes it over to the States. Right now the phone officially only resides in Korea and has been spotted in Australia by blurrycams. There have only been rumors to this point on whether the Raider will make it over to the States and land on AT&T’s 4G LTE network. They have released the source for the Raider’s kernel so that devs can get to working on making that phone as powerful as it can be, and it is already looking powerful before the devs will get to it.

HTCdev also released the kernel code for the myTouch 4G slide and what looks like the HTC Desire’s upgrade to Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Let us all stop and take a moment to enjoy how awesome HTC is being to the developer community through this website. We can only hope at this point that other companies jump on board.
