Toshiba’s ultra-thin tablet, the AT200, has been delayed and will no longer be coming out this year. The 7.7mm thick, 10.1-inch tablet was set to run a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and is now slated for a January 2012 release. Originally, Toshiba announced that the device would be shipping before Christmas.

With quad-core devices coming as early as December, has Toshiba dropped the ball with a January release?
