Uh oh, I get the feeling that we were not supposed to see this ad quite yet. And yep, that’s most definitely a Sprint ad showing off the 4G LTE Galaxy Nexus as their “first” for a newly announced LTE network. We assume that we weren’t supposed to see it since the ad has a ticker at the bottom that reads “CES Live Feed.” This was likely going to be Sprint’s big announcement at CES, but that seems to have been spoiled. Whoops!

On another note, as you can see in the photo we grabbed above, the processor is being listed as a 1.5GHz dual-core processor rather than the 1.2GHz speed that the GSM and Verizon LTE versions have been clocked at. Not sure if that is a type-o or if they are getting a slightly beefed up chipset. I would imagine that it is still the same OMAP4460, since that TI processor can technically go up to 1.5GHz.

And 2012 CES craziness has officially begun.
