It is a little frustrating when you have a Google device such as the Nexus S and have not received the update to Google’s newest Android, Ice Cream Sandwich. Well the owners of the Nexus S 4G on Sprint can breathe a little easier, thanks to XDA we now have a leaked firmware of the Android 4.0 upgrade for your phone if you have to have it now.

It is interesting to note that this is Android 4.0.4, a firmware we have yet to see announced by Google. This update is ready for flashing though, but caution should be taken. Installation includes flashing a radio and bootloader as well so if you are not comfortable with those then do not try this. Better to wait for someone to put it all together for you down the road, but if you can flash images in your sleep, feel free to head over to XDA now. Just please, make a backup first.
