Apple and Samsung have been at it for a long time in Germany now, each company suing the other over patents that each company thinks they own. One thing that Apple did force out of Samsung was a redesign of the Tab 10.1′s design, and even then Apple did not like the 10.1N that they came up with. Well, the German court has shot down Apple’s injunction against the Tab 10.1N saying this:

The Galaxy Tab 10.1N now sufficiently differs from the form Apple has registered as a design right. You can no longer talk of a quasi-identical copy.

Seems to be a pretty resounding response. This is far from the end of the legal battles between Apple and Android manufacturers but at least the people of Germany can have their Galaxy Tabs.
