More leaked information regarding HTC’s upcmoning flagship device, Endeavor, has made its way to the web. Thanks to MoDaCo’s source, we are starting to get a real good picture of what this device will have in terms of specs to offer. Previously, we knew that this device would sport a quad-core processor, which is now ‘confirmed’ to be a 1.5GHz Tegra 3 chip from NVIDIA. Along with amazing processing power, the Endeavor will sport a 4.7″ Super LCD display rather than OLED technology that was once rumored.
Along the backside of the device, you will find a Beats by Dre logo and a 5-pogo-pin connector much like the Galaxy Nexus that will go to a Beats branded dock that will be sold separately. Powering the device is an 1800mAh battery – If the battery is removable or not is still unknown at this time. From the image posted above that everyone has become familiar with, it is shown that the Endeavor would have keys on the bottom of the device, but now it is being reported that the device will ship with onscreen buttons which will work hand-in-hand with Ice Cream Sandwich.
Still no word on either pricing or availability. Could we see it at this year’s MWC? Let’s hope so.
