Tweet FINALLY.  Samsung tipped everyone off to the Continuum a couple of hours ago, but the press release has now made everything official.  The device can be ordered for $199 after $100 rebate from Verizon on November 11th and as expected, has this new “Ticker” technology.  Full spec and feature list after the jump.
